If the APP can't find the smart downlight when connecting, please reset the downlight according to the following steps: please turn on the light and then turn it off immediately, keep it off for about 3 seconds and turn it on again, repeat this step for at least 10 times or more until the light breathes, then the reset is successful. Our products undergo a ceetified quality standards procedure to make sure we only stock items with the newest and most reliable technology. Please follow the instruction or manual first when you use the items. All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
